A WAIVER MUST BE FILLED OUT AND UPLOADED AS PART OF THIS BOOKING IN ORDER TO RESERVE A SPOT.

IF RESERVING A SPOT FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON THEN YOU MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED WAIVER FORM FOR EACH PERSON. YOU MUST UPLOAD EACH WAIVER PDF AT THE SAME TIME.

HOW TO UPLOAD MORE THAN ONE WAIVER PDF IF BOOKING FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE:

1. Download, fill out and save the separate PDFs onto your computer in the same location (eg the desktop).
2. ,After clicking the 'Choose files' button below, highlight/select the separate PDF files from your desktop and upload them at the same time
3. The 'No file chosen' text next to the button will update to say how many files you are uploading with your booking. If you are booking for 5 people you need to upload 5 separate waiver PDFs, and this line should say '5 files'
